WE MARKETING is a fast-growing TikTok Shop Partner Agency supporting U.S. DTC and Amazon brands through creator marketing, affiliate operations, and high-impact campaign execution.
We have worked with 100+ shop partners and generate millions in monthly GMV through large-scale creator activation and community-driven affiliate programs.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Creator Community Manager to build and lead WE Marketing’s internal TikTok Shop creator ecosystem.
This role focuses entirely on TikTok Shop creators、affiliate programs、and community operations.
You will recruit creators, manage our Discord community, publish campaign opportunities, and support creator participation in affiliate campaigns.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands creator operations and can take ownership of building a scalable creator pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment

  • Outreach and recruit TikTok creators to join WE Marketing’s community.
  • Manage onboarding and drive creator participation in campaigns.

Community Management

  • Build and operate our Discord creator community.
  • Share daily or weekly deals, briefs, and opportunities.
  • Maintain creator engagement and communication.

Campaign Support

  • Support affiliate campaigns with creator matching and coordination.
  • Track content, performance, and deliverables.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators.
  • Identify high-performing creators and nurture long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in creator management、influencer marketing、affiliate marketing、or TikTok Shop operations.
  • Proven experience managing creators or operating creator-facing programs.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form content, and creator behavior.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing large creator volume.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience running or moderating Discord communities is a strong plus.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns is highly preferred.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
