A-List Models and Talent is a faith-based model and talent agency representing models, actors, and influencers across fashion, film, and digital media. We are seeking a Brand Marketing & Public Relations Manager to secure brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations for our talent while strengthening the agency’s overall image and visibility. This role combines brand development, marketing strategy, and publicity, supporting both the talent and the agency in building successful, value-driven brands.

Since, this a starting position, we are starting with 3 hours per week. This will increase as the position demands it. However, signing new influencers, will require more hours per week, but the pay structure for signing is a percentage of revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Find and secure brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and sponsorships for agency talent from first contact through completion.
  • Help talent develop and strengthen their personal brands across digital and public platforms.
  • Enhance the agency’s visibility through strategic branding and publicity efforts.
  • Write and distribute press releases, coordinate media coverage, and arrange guest appearances, radio interviews, and promotional events for both talent and the agency.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines for brand collaborations.
  • Manage campaign execution to ensure successful results for brands, talent, and the agency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, PR firms, media outlets, and marketing partners.
  • Track partnership performance and report measurable results.

Scout and establish relationships with emerging social media influencers who align with the agency’s mission and may be a fit for representation.

  • Stay current on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and entertainment industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in public relations, marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Creative, organized, and self-motivated with a focus on measurable growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professionalism and alignment with the agency’s faith-based and ethical values.

Compensation

This position offers hourly pay with the opportunity to earn a percentage of revenue from successful brand deals and from scouting and signing new social media influencers to the agency.
Performance-based growth and advancement opportunities are available for the right candidate.
