About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and execute paid social media campaigns, create engaging content, and deliver actionable insights to maximize ROI.

You will develop strategies, create original content, manage paid campaigns, and report performance metrics across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Engagement

  • Create and publish engaging social media content.
  • Monitor trending hashtags/topics and integrate them into campaigns.
  • Respond to customer reviews and comments to maintain positive engagement.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Report growth and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve results.

Research & Strategy

  • Perform market research and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on advertising trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SEO and digital advertising optimization.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to create original content (graphics, videos, copywriting).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or certifications in marketing or related fields.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with QSR industry or consumer-oriented websites is a plus.
