Position Overview

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage all things marketing — from ad campaigns to content, analytics, and automation.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, optimizing paid media performance, and ensuring every campaign reflects the sophistication of the B Beautiful brand.

This is both a creative and analytical role — ideal for someone who can design, launch, and track digital campaigns while maintaining a strong sense of visual storytelling and brand tone.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive consistent, qualified leads.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
  • Write ad copy, select visuals, and A/B test creatives for conversion improvement.
  • Build and monitor audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike segments.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create scroll-stopping content — Reels, stories, and graphics — that reflect B Beautiful’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with injectors and estheticians to produce educational, high-converting video content.
  • Maintain a 3–5x weekly posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business.
  • Engage followers, manage comments/DMs, and support influencer collaborations.

Email, SMS & Automation

  • Develop and schedule email and text campaigns to promote events, launches, and rebooking offers.
  • Manage CRM automations in GoHighLevel or RepeatMD to ensure fast follow-up on all leads.
  • Segment audiences for personalized marketing flows (new leads, members, reactivations).

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track weekly marketing KPIs: leads, cost per lead, conversions, bookings, and ROI.
  • Use data to make recommendations for creative, audience, and funnel improvements.
  • Report on campaign performance to ownership and adjust strategies as needed.

Events & Promotions

  • Support in-house events by designing promo materials (flyers, invitations, email campaigns).
  • Capture live content (photos, Reels, testimonials) during events for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Care Coordinator to convert event attendees into booked clients.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in med spa, aesthetics, or beauty industries).
  • Proven ability to design and launch Meta ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong eye for visual branding and luxury content creation (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (GoHighLevel, RepeatMD, HubSpot, or Klaviyo).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and time management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading analytics and optimizing campaigns.
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and empowering women through transformation.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time or Part-time (25–40 hours/week)
  • Pay: $25–$35/hour or $4,000–$6,000/month salary (based on experience)
  • Hybrid Flexibility: In-office 2 days/week for content creation; remote for campaign management.
  • Bonuses: Event performance, lead goals, and quarterly marketing milestones.
