Position Overview
Amrit Ocean Resort is seeking an energetic and strategic Local Restaurant Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop community relationships, and enhance brand visibility for our world-class dining venues. This individual will be responsible for building and managing local sales initiatives, fostering partnerships, and implementing creative strategies to maximize restaurant bookings, private dining events, and local patronage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive local sales plan to achieve revenue targets for the resort’s restaurants and bars.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses, concierge services, event planners, and community organizations to drive dining and event traffic.
- Manage all aspects of group dining and private event sales — from prospecting to contract negotiation and execution.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Events teams to create promotions, packages, and experiences that appeal to the local market.
- Represent the resort’s restaurants at local events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, leads, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to offerings and pricing strategies.
- Partner with the culinary and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from inquiry to event execution.
- Assist with social media collaborations, influencer outreach, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality sales — preferably in a luxury or resort environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong local market knowledge and established relationships within the Palm Beach County area.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Delphi, Salesforce, or Opera Sales & Catering).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business demands.
