What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a motivated Sales Leader to accelerate our growth. You are passionate about solving customer challenges, and have extensive knowledge of the advertising space, specifically around Branded Content and Creator Led Branded Video. You have a proven track record of opening doors, building and growing relationships with Brand direct and Agency partners.

As part of the Brand Partnerships team you will be responsible for managing a Category(s) of accounts. Reporting to the CRO you will work closely with our Talent and Creative teams to help ideate and deliver campaigns.

Responsibilities

Utilizing your existing relationships, as well as developing new partnerships, you will be responsible for procuring RFP’s for creative marketing campaigns that leverage both on and off roster talent.

You will work directly with the production team to provide in-depth briefings on new RFP’s and be responsible for leading the team through the entire pitch process, ensuring that our presentation is in line with the client’s objectives.

Responsible for understanding your categories and providing insights internally on how best to approach clients to engage conversation and secure business.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5 years experience in Media Sales, with focus on Video and Branded Content.
  • Knowledge of LIVE and VOD video across social, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok…
  • 2 years experience with influencer/creator led marketing. Understanding or passion for Gaming would be nice too.
  • Has a solid list of relationships with Brands and/or Agency, but knows how to proactively develop new client conversations.
  • Great at understanding a client's needs and presenting solutions that help achieve their goals.
  • Attend trade-shows and events that are relevant to the creator and gaming space.
  • Set-up events and dinners for current and potential clients that coincide with local industry events
  • Expertise in building a pipeline of contacts that you will consistently add to through networking and your own outreach
  • Validation of project estimations and scopes ensuring they are in-line with clients budget & reflective of industry standards.
  • Ability to use tools such as Salesforce, Google docs, presentations, forecasting tools.
  • Remote position, but preferably based in either NY or LA area.
