Social Media Public Relations Manager-Hospitality 43969

We are seeking a Social Media/Public Relations Manager for an onsite Full time roll in Cherry Hill NJ. In order to qualify, you must have no less than 2+ years of PR experience in restaurant/hospitality, Bachelor Degree in: PR, Marketing, Communications, and proficient in Canva, adobe creative suite, video and photo editing.

NOTE: You must be currently working this type of roll at the time of this application.

Duties

• Design and implement innovative talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Partner with different departments to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Utilize and optimize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process to both candidates and hiring teams.

• Social media post creation, strategies, and management.

Qualifications for the Public Relations Manager:

• Bachelor Degree in: PR, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• 2+ years of PR experience in restaurant, hospitality, or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of all social media platforms and strategies.
• Proficient in Canva, adobe creative suite, video and photo editing, graphic design a big plus!
• Google ads experience is a plus
• Creative mindset – great at storytelling.
• Manages multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders.
• Creative and analytical thinker.
• Manage advertising campaigns (google ads, social media, digital): creation, analytics, timelines.
• Monitor customer reviews and ratings – engage and promote.
• Storytell / market the company’s values, mission, and offerings.
• Coordinate press releases, media kits, etc.
• Build relationships with partner vendors, community partners, or influencers.
• Organize promotional events or programs.
