Marketing Assistant

The Wig Fairy is thrilled to announce that we are seeking a marketing assistant to join our team! Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA. We are an all-human hair wig salon dedicated to serving the hair loss community. This is an in-person position. There is also an exciting opportunity for travel, as we cater to clients in states outside our local area! Our marketing team wears many hats, so we are looking for a proactive individual who is willing to step in wherever needed. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Some responsibilities include:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the salon
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventory sheets
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events (traditional or digital campaigns)
• Prepare and deliver promotional campaigns
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Fundraising
• Event Planning
• Creating content
• Shopify
• Analytics
• Influencer outreach
• Work with Management to create ways to raise funds and promote the salon
• Coordinate and collaborate with the internal business development team to review pipeline, address challenges, present solutions, and provide ongoing marketing support to ensure company growth
• Analyze internal and external target market data to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
• Create fun, educational & interactive videos for social media (Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Required Skills

• Experience with Shopify
• Photography
• Background in graphic design
• Canva is a plus

Great position for someone that already has a social media platform and or is looking into a career in Marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
