Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering relationships with our online community to enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase followers
• Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Hootsuite, and other software for content creation
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging
• Conduct photography or graphic design work as needed for social media posts
• Implement digital marketing tactics to optimize social media performance
• Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media trends
• Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track social media performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
