Description Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and brand vision
• Collaborate with the business development team, CEO, CXO, and CSO activities to support the firm growth and new business opportunities
• Work with leadership in creating design proposals and design initiatives
• Write proposal cover letters and statements about our design and project philosophy that showcase our positive impact on the communities and clients we design for
• Develop proposals, qualifications, and additional pursuit materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance Cline’s visibility and reputation
• Exhibit strong leadership and relationship-building skills that support collaborative and team-centric outcomes
• Represent the firm at conferences, and business development and industry events
• Maintain opportunities, contacts, and additional information in Deltek
• Maintain systems to extract, categorize, and retrieve information related to consultants, personnel, projects, prior proposals, boilerplate narratives, visuals, mailing lists, and promotional items
• Prepare and maintain marketing budgets
• Create and maintain digital and print content
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership and adjusting strategies as needed
• Assemble and maintain marketing and branding materials
• Collaborate with the Design Director and Design Team Leads in coordinating project photography and image selections planned for, and used in, marketing materials
• Maintain website by updating content including imagery, verbiage, contact information, etc. with support from Brand Manager and Graphic Designer
• Assist with marketing special events and meetings

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proposal writing experience
• Basic knowledge of WordPress
• Excellent graphic design capabilities and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantage Point is a plus
