Position Overview: The Brand Ambassador Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the brand's ambassador program, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement and performance tracking. This role is critical in ensuring the brand's ambassadors effectively represent the brand and drive engagement and sales through their platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and recruit potential brand ambassadors, ensuring they align with the brand’s values and objectives. Manage the onboarding process, including training and orientation on brand guidelines and expectations. Internal communication of the ambassador program with franchisees and employees.
  • Ensure Workflow Efficiency: Ensure all campaigns have effective and efficient workflows before rollout, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to streamline processes. Ensure workflows are as automated and simple as possible, are trackable, and have proper updated documentation. Inform everyone involved about the workflows before implementation and involve a salon operations SME for review.
  • Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ambassador program, including managing the Social Ladder database, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring ambassadors meet program requirements.
  • Social Media Engagement: Interact with ambassadors on social media, monitor their content, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand messaging. Coordinate content sharing and reposting across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that integrate ambassador content and leverage their influence to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly assess the performance of ambassadors, analyzing their impact on brand visibility and sales. Provide reports and insights to the marketing team to inform future strategies.
  • Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors, providing ongoing support and incentives to keep them motivated and aligned with the brand.
  • Content Creation Support: Collaborate with the creative team to develop content that ambassadors can use to promote the brand, ensuring it is consistent with the overall brand aesthetic.
  • Event Participation: Coordinate ambassador involvement in events, such as grand openings, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring they have the necessary materials and information to represent the brand effectively.

Qualifications Possibly Needed:

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or brand ambassador program management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Pay:
