SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is thrilled to partner with a prestigious luxury hotel in New York City, located in one of the city's most unique and serene settings. This extraordinary property offers a blend of luxury, sophistication, and unparalleled guest experiences, making it a top destination for discerning travelers. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the hotel's sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and elevating the hotel's brand presence on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the hotel's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, events, and promotions, to enhance the hotel's market presence.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively promote the hotel's unique offerings and brand story.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's leadership team to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and travel industry partners, to maximize brand exposure.

Sales Management:

  • Lead the sales team in developing and executing strategies to attract and retain high-value clients, including corporate, group, and leisure segments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the events team to plan and execute high-profile events that showcase the hotel's offerings and enhance its reputation as a premier luxury destination.
  • Ensure that all events are aligned with the hotel's brand standards and exceed client expectations.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the General Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing or in a similar leadership role within the luxury hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing best practices, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with grace and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
