This role is all about spreading the love for these unique spirits among consumers, bartenders, and everyone in between.
Howler Head isn't just any bourbon—it's award-winning, 80 proof, and co-founded by Dana White of UFC fame. It's as versatile as it gets, perfect for sipping neat, taking chilled shots, or mixing into killer cocktails. Plus, it's deeply rooted in the UFC scene, activating across the entire UFC ecosystem.

Guroux Marketing Group is looking for a results-oriented Key Account Sales Representative to cover the metro areas in Massachusetts and New Jersey to grow distribution on Howler Head and Frangelico across the states, specifically in Boston, Cambridge, Newark, Ocean City, Edison and Trenton. The ideal candidate can reside in either state and has their finger on the pulse of consumer trends and has connections within the bars in these markets can act as the “face” of these two brands.
The Key Account Sales Representative will be a center piece of the overall brand growth strategy conducting various in-market responsibilities, including:
Responsibilities
· Growing our on-premise distribution and boosting case volume like a boss.
· Bringing the party to consumer and trade events, making sure our brands are the life of the party.
· Dreaming up and throwing dynamic events that bring our spirits to life and get people talking.
· Educating and inspiring our distributor teams with onsite trainings that make everyone masters of our craft.
· Tag-teaming with local distributors to spot new opportunities, keep an eye on the competition, and always staying one step ahead.
· Knowing the ins and outs of local and state regulations so we can play by the rules and keep the good times rolling.
· Keeping the lines open between suppliers and distributors, making sure everyone's on the same page and feeling the love.
· Building and nurturing relationships with influencers who help us spread the word and recruit new fans.
Experience
· 2+ years Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Sales Experience or equivalent lifestyle sales
· Beverage Alcohol Sales Experience a plus
· Proven training ability, persuasive selling skills, and passion for the drinks business with respect to customers and consumers
· Effective informal relationships across multiple industries within metro lifestyle sectors including multi-cultural
· Must be 21 or over

· A college degree would be awesome, but we're open to experience and hustle.
· Rock-solid reliability, organization, and the power to go solo with minimal supervision.
· Skills that make the clock tick: time management, persuasion, keeping it all together, being a great listener, and reading the room.
· Got the paperwork to show you're road ready.
· Ready to hit the road—available for travel and ready to work weekends, afternoons, midnights, or whenever the party is on.
· Know your way around MS Office and Google Apps like a tech wizard.
