Job Overview
Our growing wellness company is seeking a Rockstar Digital Marketer to join our team. We need the right person to help us enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to our company websites, grow social media followers, generate sales leads, improve conversion rates, and increase overall sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing strategies and possess a diverse skill set to drive successful online campaigns.

Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, optimize, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Create engaging content (lots and lots of it!) for websites, social media, and email marketing.

  • Oversee content marketing campaigns (newsletters, podcasts, etc.).

  • Maintain and expand websites, improve SEO, and optimize the user experience.

-Explore joint ventures, brand ambassadors/influencers, and lead endorsement campaigns.

-Evaluate and improve outcomes based on analytics, conversion tests, return on investments (ROIs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.

-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

-Experience leading multiple types of digital marketing campaigns.

-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.

  • Experience with graphic design software for creating visual content.

  • Familiarity with Wix and Thinkific is a huge plus! - Experience with graphic design software for creating visual content.

  • Ability to execute email marketing campaigns effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,500.00 - $66,000.00 per year
