About Us We are Winston-Salem’s first Ctrl V VR Arcade, combining immersive gaming with unforgettable social experiences. We host birthdays, corporate team-building events, school nights, esports tournaments, homecoming parties, holiday gatherings, and private parties. As we grow, we’re building a team of motivated sales representatives to help bring these experiences to the community.

Role Overview

We’re looking for Independent Sales Contractors to drive new business for our VR arcade. Instead of working behind the counter, you’ll be out in the community (and online) creating excitement, booking events, and building partnerships. This is a commission-based role with the potential to transition into Arcade Customer Specialist or advanced sales positions as our customer base expands.

Sales & Outreach Roles Available

You may specialize in one role or combine several:

• Corporate Sales Rep – Sell team-building packages to local companies.
• Event Broker – Connect us with weddings, birthdays, bachelor parties, homecoming parties, holidays, sporting events, and artistic showcases.
• Street Marketing Specialist – Spread the word at colleges, schools, and local hot spots.
• Influencer Partnerships Coordinator – Partner with streamers, YouTubers, and creators to drive bookings.
• Online Sales Associate – Promote our arcade through digital campaigns and community outreach.
• E-Sports for Everyone Coach – Recruit and coach teams, organize matches, and compete for cash prizes.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to schools, businesses, and organizations to book group events.
• Distribute flyers, promo codes, and digital offers to potential customers.
• Use your personalized promo code for online and in-person tracking.
• Handle all customer interactions, including disputes, in your role as an independent contractor.
• Track and report leads using our simple sales system.
• Represent our brand with energy, professionalism, and creativity.

• Prior sales/marketing experience is a plus (but not required)

Additional Notes

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for handling your guests’ bookings and disputes.
