We’re expanding our team with an ambitious, creative, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Director to lead growth initiatives across both our wellness and retail divisions.

Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Director at Well is responsible for generating revenue across all business segments—corporate wellness programs, membership sales, private events, and special experiences—while overseeing the brand’s marketing and social media strategy. This position is designed for a performance-driven professional with strong sales instincts and creative marketing skills.

This is a performance-based role with a modest base salary and significant commission potential for exceeding sales goals. The position requires initiative, polished communication, and an ability to convey the luxury wellness experience that defines Well.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales of memberships, corporate packages, and private events (retreats, weddings, and brand activations).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with local companies, hospitality partners, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain CRM records and produce monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with partners to design custom offerings for prospective clients.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and manage the monthly marketing and social media calendar.
  • Develop and post engaging, brand-aligned content for Instagram and Klaviyo email marketing.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots and oversee digital asset curation.
  • Design and execute print and digital collateral for events, promotions, and member campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement data and optimize content performance to support lead generation and retention.

Events & Brand Partnerships

  • Plan and execute private and corporate events hosted at Well.
  • Partner with local brands, influencers, and community organizations to expand visibility.
  • Ensure each event or collaboration reflects the Well standard of service and aesthetic excellence.
  • Represent the brand at wellness, luxury, and networking events.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through creative and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with luxury, retail, or wellness brands preferred.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary + Commission
