Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona has an exciting and dynamic opportunity for a talented Marketing and Digital Media Specialist with passion for the medical aesthetics and dermatology industry. You will live, eat, and breathe all things social media, creative design, blogging, and marketing strategy.This collaborative, position reports to the Practice Manager - Director of Marketing and will work with key company stakeholders to propose, develop, and implement Digital and Traditional Marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with corporate goals and branding designed to increase customer engagement, drive new traffic to our website, support trade initiatives, and manage overall marketing plans. You will devise and lead a cutting-edge social media strategy in support of our strategic priorities and mission, helping to drive new patients in the door and making our current patients’ bigger fans of our amazing practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, proactive, experienced and Digital Media and Marketing professional with excellent writing and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

1. Experience designing, implementing, and managing social media marketing programs; measurement and analytics preferred.

2. Hands-on experience with social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

3. Expertise in developing and using consistent brand voice across marketing channels.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Experience with additional digital marketing channels such as SEO, Website Management (CMS), CRM, and email marketing.

6. Adobe Suite or other comparable image and video design software.

7. Proficiency with WordPress preferred.

8. Must be customer service oriented.

9. Effective organization skills with attention to detail.

10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

11. Presents a highly professional image.

Responsibilities:

  • Outline, develop and manage corporate on-going interactive monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans including product promotions, digital media, and new launches.
  • Work to develop new Marketing initiatives to expand brand reach to expanded demographics.
  • Work with the creative team to create and manage Product photography and company messaging.
  • Work with creative team and other stakeholders to help drive creative collateral to align with corporate brand plans and strategy.
  • Manage Social and digital media initiatives to best maximize opportunities and engagement with consumers and influencers.
  • Be the voice of our practice’s social media channels. Lead conversations and oversee day-to-day community management (this includes reputation management by monitoring feedback, moderating comments, and responding to inquiries).
  • Develop, maintain, and implement social media and content strategic marketing plan, goals, and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain all before and after photos.
  • As part of the marketing plan, create a social media content calendar to develop a cadence for social posts across all channels.
  • Oversee campaigns, projects, and community management across various social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Research changing and evolving trends in social media platforms (e.g., latest additions and changes with Instagram and Facebook features) and modify strategy accordingly.
  • Build new audiences and increase visibility, impact, and awareness of our practice and mission while instilling pride and deepening engagement.
  • Conduct research, monitor trends, and analyze success against goals and competitors while providing ongoing strategic recommendations.
  • Responsible for graphic design and creative development for all marketing campaigns.
  • Produce weekly blogs that highlight both our practice and industry trends; develop these blogs from keyword research to ensure more visitors to our site.
  • Manage and update practice website to ensure effective and current practice promotion; also ensure timely fulfillment of information requests from patients.
  • Design, produce, and distribute practice newsletter on a regular basis.
  • Consult with physicians and practice administrator on a regular basis to develop and update marketing initiatives.
  • Propose, present, and execute marketing, advertising, and PR campaigns and strategy in collaboration with the Creative team for new and existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce sales-oriented content for the company’s online presence.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Write and distribute product and company press releases.
  • Review current industry marketing trends.
  • Propose and implement trade marketing opportunities that support brand growth.
  • Present promotional collateral needs to team and work with team to maximize content and layout.
  • Work with Practice Manager on sales growth and increased distribution opportunities to new and existing classes of Wholesale accounts.

Administration/Management

  • Train relevant staff (injectors) on social media best practices and get buy-in to use their own social media accounts to promote themselves.
  • Facilitate weekly marketing meetings to update team on marketing program and deliverables.
  • Perform other related duties to ensure effective communication and practice promotions.
  • Review and analyze sales data and implement findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, communication, writing, or another relevant field
  • 3 years successful Marketing, Branding, and Digital Marketing experience
  • Med Spa and/or medical aesthetics industry experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
  • Experience with SEO campaigns.
  • Experience with current trends in Social and Digital Marketing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to problem solve and self-manage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
