Arkzphere is redefining how people connect in real life. Our AI-powered in-person social network helps users discover like-minded people nearby, find activities to do together, and build genuine relationships beyond screens. We’re preparing for our NYC Demo Day this fall and are assembling a dynamic founding team to scale our brand and community presence.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can take ownership of all things brand, growth, and storytelling. You’ll lead marketing strategy, manage campaigns, and drive user acquisition across digital and physical channels — from viral content to strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute Arkzphere’s brand and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead user growth initiatives across social media, influencer marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Build a marketing intern team to support campaigns and content production.
• Collaborate with product and ops to design community-driven launch campaigns.
• Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and press opportunities.
• Manage analytics, ad spend, and data-driven growth experiments.

We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in marketing, brand, or growth (startup or consumer app experience preferred).
• Proven success in social media growth, content virality, or community marketing.
• A creative and analytical thinker who loves connecting people.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, events, and digital engagement.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
