About The Role The Director of Partnerships (Influencer-Focused) will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to drive growth, engagement, and revenue. This senior role requires a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience developing partnership strategies that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable results through influencer-driven initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Own and execute the influencer partnership strategy to drive brand visibility and revenue across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch)
- Identify, vet, onboard, and grow long-term relationships with high-impact influencers, creators, and agencies
- Serve as the primary owner of top-tier influencer relationships, including contract negotiation, performance terms, and ongoing partnership management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Brand, Social, and Content teams to integrate influencer programs into go-to-market plans and ensure brand alignment.
- Define KPIs, track ROI, and optimize influencer performance; deliver clear, data-driven reporting to executive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the partnerships team while staying ahead of platform trends, creator economy shifts, and competitive activity.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 8–10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, business development, or related fields, with a proven track record of scaling influencer programs and driving measurable results.
- Hands-on experience working with influencer agencies, PR firms, and creator economy platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of influencer platforms, social media ecosystems, and emerging trends, with working understanding of FTC guidelines and influencer compliance.
