Brand Ambassador

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Brand Promotion:

  • Represent the Bluewave Express Wash brand at various events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
  • Engage with potential customers to promote our services and build brand awareness.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries about our services and promotions.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to improve their experience.

• Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns.

• Community Outreach:

  • Participate in community events and partnerships to promote the brand's presence and values.
  • Build positive relationships with local organizations and influencers.

• Reporting and Feedback:

  • Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Share insights with the marketing team to enhance brand strategies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework in marketing or communications is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or brand ambassador role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• The Brand Ambassador position may require standing, walking, and interacting with people at various events and locations.
