About the job
As the Creator Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Clapper’s growth by building and nurturing meaningful relationships with creators. You’ll own the full partnership lifecycle from identifying and recruiting new creators, to negotiating deals, to ensuring their long-term success on our platform. Beyond recruitment, you’ll help shape strategy, optimize creator performance, and act as a trusted partner to creators while collaborating with internal teams to align partnerships with Clapper’s broader business goals.
What you’ll do:
- Source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with creators, talent agencies, and distributors/aggregators.
- Manage creator relationships through onboarding, joint marketing efforts, reporting, and ongoing partnership expansion.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support creator success and ensure partnerships align with company priorities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, social strategies, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
- Help refine and scale our creator recruitment strategy, processes, and reporting.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer partnerships, affiliate management, business development, or creator/influencer marketing.
- Experience leading and managing a team (this role will oversee a team of 3), with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating others to succeed.
- Proven ability to recruit, close, and manage creator or affiliate partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with creators and influencers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Deep knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for supporting digital businesses.
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
