Qualifications:
- A passionate individual who lives and breathes social media.
- Up-to-date with the latest memes, trends, and emerging social media platforms, understanding when to leverage them for genuine audience connection.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills; able to connect with community members and respond thoughtfully.
- Flexible and adaptable; thrives in dynamic and uncertain environments.
- A quick learner with the ability to evaluate social trends and content for community growth.
- Experience in community engagement (experience with social media or influencer campaigns is a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management and growth of our social media communities.
- Support the Social Success team in identifying and nurturing talent for influencer campaigns.
- Help monitor brand presence and engagement across various online communities.
- Participate in developing community engagement strategies, both online and offline.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key social media metrics to inform overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with our team to encourage positive brand sentiment online.
- Occasionally assist in coordinating in-person community events.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
