Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage our online presence across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing content.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to audience interactions.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics that align with branding guidelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
  • Perform keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve search engine rankings.
  • Engage in public relations efforts by fostering relationships with influencers and industry leaders.
  • Manage e-commerce initiatives through effective social media promotion strategies.
  • Edit videos and photographs for use in social media posts to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Experience in graphic design is a plus; familiarity with branding principles is essential.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce practices related to social media marketing is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
