We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, along with proficiency in various digital tools and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies and report on results.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Engage in relationship management with followers and influencers to foster community growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, e-commerce strategies, and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or related fields.
  • Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively for web analytics and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with photography techniques is a plus.
