Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated creativity in food & beverage video and photography. This role requires a deep understanding of our Ledo Pizza brand in conjunction with social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences through effective content creation and graphic design.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends to inform content strategy.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Perform SEO practices including keyword research to enhance visibility in search engines.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative opportunities.
  • Oversee proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with video editing software is a plus for creating engaging multimedia content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including branding, public relations, and relationship management.
  • Experience with web analytics tools to evaluate performance metrics effectively.
